The Buffer Times functionality allows adminis to allocate personal time before and/or after interviews, ensuring interviewers have adequate breaks or preparation time between sessions.

Key Features

Customizable Buffer Times:

  • Before Interviews: Set a buffer time of Off, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes before an interview.

  • After Interviews: Set a buffer time of Off, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes after an interview.

Improved Experience:

  • Helps interviewers prepare for interviews or recover from one session before the next begins.

  • Ensures smoother transitions and less stress for team members involved in multiple interviews.

System Behavior:

  • The system makes its best effort to reserve the selected buffer times while scheduling interviews. However, buffer times may not always be applied if there are constraints in the overall schedule.

Flexibility:

  • Buffers can be configured independently for both pre- and post-interview times to suit specific needs.
