Interviewer Load Limits

The Interviewer Load Limit functionality in ModernLoop allows administrators to define and manage the number of interviews or hours interviewers are expected to participate in during a given day or week. This helps to maintain a balanced workload and prevent interviewer burnout while ensuring enough coverage for interview schedules.
Key Features
Daily and Weekly Load Limits:
Daily Limit: Set a cap on the number of interviews or hours interviewers can handle in a single day (e.g., 3 interviews or 4 hours).
Weekly Limit: Establish a total number of interviews or hours for the week (e.g., 10 interviews or 9 hours).
Interviewer Portal Adjustments:
Interviewers with access to adjust their own limits through the Interviewer Portal are restricted from setting their limits below the recommended minimum.
Admins retain the ability to override and adjust limits below the recommended minimum if necessary.
Recommended Minimums:
Recommended minimums (e.g., 1 hour/3 interviews daily or 5 hours/10 interviews weekly) ensure interviewers cannot lower their load limits below a certain threshold if allowed to adjust their own limits through the Interviewer Portal.
Customizable Default Limits:
Admins can choose between Unlimited or Set Limit for both daily and weekly limits.
Limits can be set in terms of either the number of interviews or total hours.
