Schedule Location

Set a default schedule location for all new interviews. A location other than the default schedule location can be set from the jobs tab.

When selecting a default location you can choose from:

  • Zoom (if integrated)

    • Select a host- Can be interviewers, scheduler, or a specific account

  • Google Meet or Microsoft Teams (dependent on your directory integration)

    • Select a host- Can be interviewers, scheduler, or a specific account

  • Custom link

    • Add a URL of your choosing

  • Candidate phone number

    • Interviewer(s) will call the candidate phone number on file in ModernLoop

  • Custom phone number

    • Set a custom number for the candidate to call

  • Custom text

    • Share an address or specific details about the location
